Poor Services At Game Trade Route Malk

Poor Service I have taken in a CD Player for repair on the 18 October 2018 to Trade Route Mall Game. I was told it will take 21 working days for them to see exactly what the problem is. During the 21 days that passed, nobody contacted me to let me know the progress. I enquired on 12 December, which is almost 40 working days later and the lady name Eunice, tells me her system is offline therefore she cannot tell me the process of the CD player. I mean, what pathetic service is this, why do Game employ such terrible staff that refuses to help or even provide you with an update.

Uptill today which is the 16 December, I have not received a call or sms as promised. Please give me my money back, Do not shop at Game, they useless.!
