Poor services and misleading information!!! Pathetic !

We purchased a iron back in July , promotors did a good job with the non-stick feature!!well that was just bullish**t!! Anyway I just left that and now 4 months later the iron doesn’t want to even come on!! visited the game in Ballito and was told about the return policy that was not mentioned when I purchased the iron and was told to read the booklet…which I still had in my possession !!! Can’t get answers !!!!. They now want me to wait 21 days for them to look into getting it fixed!! Who keeps a spare iron?? What do I do for the 21 days?? Come on game!!!
