POOR SERVICES AND LIES

I have never been so angry and disappointed in my life. I made an online order, its was suppose to be delivered on the 27 July 2022.I called on the 27 July 2022 to track my order because my status was still saying its been shipped the reply was that my order has not yet arrived from the courier guy. I called again on the 28th July to enquire the reply was that the address i have given them is wrong and the could deliver. Yet I didn't receive a call nor email saying my order was out and yet my status was still saying shipped. As soo as dropped that call my status was updated to be undelivered and I was told they will deliver Monday 1 of August.
