Poor service with rude attitude from Maria cashier in Menlyn shopping center

Poor service with arrogance from Maria,cashier... on Saturday 23 oct she worked at till number 2... reported the matter to the manager she laughed about it. Game store must take us serious... unless they know nothing about customer service and it’s value... looks like Maria is used to this behavior of being rude to customers.. and get away with it because of her manager who protect her.
