Poor service with Game and Asus electronics

bought my son a laptop and sent in for repairs as it was so slow. This was within the warranty period . It came back with the same issues so I sent it back again. Now they want me to pay an additional R2500 to upgrade - which they say will sort out the problem. But it was there from the start so obviously a defective machine. Game won't take responsibility and keep deferring to Asus as the supplier even though my purchase is from Game. Staff are totally unhelpful and unwilling to listen to anything
