Poor service Whirlpool warranty and Game stores!

I bought a whirlpool washing machine from game which is still under warranty. Went to the store to report that it was leaking about a month ago they took my details and gave me a reference number and said they will get a courier to call me for collection. No courier has ever called to date. They don't call to let you know if there's a delay or what the hold up is. I have been constantly following up and they keep telling me to wait for the call. I have asked for them to give me the number for the couriers and they have refused stating they don't have the number. I mean how long must I wait it's almost 2 months now and I have to either wash by hand or take my clothes to the laundry mat.
