Poor Service / Unhelpfullness

On the 29/06/2015 My father brought me a all in one Lenovo Computer from Game KeyWest. When he brought it, it was actually the floor /display (DEMO MODEL)as they had nothing else in stock that day. The thing is since it was the demo /display model all security / administrative functions on the hard drive were locked under game. Did not even disable these function or tell my father that they had them in place. I only found out about one to two months later when I connected to the internet as i wanted to download an application / secure program that I required and could not install it, as it stated I did not have full administrative authorization. on my day off I went to inquire as to how I could remove it, they first said it was not their problem and that if i wanted it done I had to bring it into them so they could send it off for a period of two to three weeks so that it could be formatted. Problem is I had already transferred data at my expense from a blown internal hard drive to the SO CALLED NEW COMPUTER.
