poor service rendered by Game store Middelburg MP

good morning

I went to Game store Mall on 07/02/2022 to request a re-print for a slip as I hv lost my receipt. I bought a Sumsang washing machine and now it stop spinning, the lady who assisted me she didn't even tell me how long that will take and she was also not friendly. the service @game is pathetic I don't think the management the do address such things with the staff. I'm still waiting is been a week now and Sumsang they keep calling cause they hv to come look a the problem. I'm really frustrated now 😔😔
