Poor Service on Return Policy Purchase of Electroninc Apppliance

I made a purchase of Sinotec 50 UHD STL-5050UM Sku ***,

Upon arriving at home and installing the TV on, the screen displayed lines of different colors, and we wanted to come back and make a return for the warranty purchased product as we did not have transport to come back today.

Kindly please assist in getting assistance to the nearest Game Stores in Kibler Park, Johannesburg South.

The Store refused profusely to make an exchange, after having emphatically explaining to them, that we did not have transport on Saturday to bring the damaged appliance and the service received by my wife and father was terrible and not commendable. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
