Poor service Mooi Rivier Mall branch

Extremely unhappy with the service from Game Mooirivier Mall, Potchefstroom. I purchased a washing machine yesterday and was promised delivery yesterday afternoon or either I would be contacted first thing this morning. As I have not heard anything, I called the store numerous times, but of course, no answer. I then proceeded to call customer care who put the phone down in my ear after spending 9 minutes trying to find out when my washing machine would be delivered.

Could I please have feedback regarding my order as soon as possible. I have the order number, name of the sales representative and all calls have been recorded as proof.
