Poor service is an under estimate

Oh my this is getting ridiculous seems like game has no intention on getting back on feed back about my washing machine very poor service continues mailing of my receipt eventually got the hisense technician out had a look at the machine gearbox is faulty or what ever making more noise now then before cant do washing and its ****ing me off even more who the hell is gona pay for the washing service i have to use to get my clothing clean because of there lack of communication hopefully il get response back from head office tiered of dealing with people that don't have any back bone to get back and sort this matter
