Poor service indifferent attitude to customers
I was looking for a printer in Game stores. the staff dealing with printers was busy and had another person waiting to speak to him. The wait was 15 to 20 min. The one staff member was looking for the floor manager to help but when I saw him asking him, the manger was not interested. I went to the store manager who was chatting at the front of the store. The overall impression he gave was that he was not concerned about my issue and not interested in customer service or the sale. Will never purchase from Game as they clearly do not value their customers and seems they do not need the business
