After arriving back home of a 3 week business trip we took in the company printer (Canon) to GAME Century City, Cape Town to exchange it as it was faulty. The service consultant advice us to take it back to GAME Table View where we purchased it for a refund as they give up to 25 days to repair any printer and it will be better to requested a refund as it is still under warranty and the fact that we are using it for our business. When I arrived at Game in Table View today at 15H15 they were closed for stock taking. I requested to speak to the manager and she did not even open the door to talk to me but told me they are closed. I called their Customers Services Hotline and after being told to hang on for 10mins he told me to riase a complain against the store but theirs nothing they can do....Like Juju said.... certain things was better under the Old South Africa. Customer was treated with respect and dignity which the manager at Table View lack of. How do a company like GAME take stock during business hours and in the process inconvenience their customers???. If you purchase goods from them anywhere in SA you have to take it back to the store you originally buy it from??? ........ like Trevor Noah said " The world move the right way.... SA move the left way.... we will meet you in front baba. Seek to please your customers first Game Table View branch in this tuff days you may have to close your doors
