Poor service Game stores

Game is the worse possible place to do business with I bought a tv at Game Westgate mall 2 or 3 years ago. The tv lost picture and I went to game as I have a warranty on the tv for 5 years. I went to game 30 May 2021 and they still never responded to my query. Went there a month ago and was informed that they can take up to 1 year before they can get back to me to repair my tv. Will never do business with them again.
