Poor Service Game somerset mall

Bought a Russel Hobs blender at Game Somerset Mall a few months ago and it never chopped the fruit and veg very fine and then eventually it started leaking a weird black oil every time we used it. Took it back to game and have been without a blender for 2 months now. It took almost a full month just to track the purchase on my account before they could send it in for repairs.
