Poor Service Game Richards Bay and DEFY

Game Richards Bay has been making empty promises since November 2021 I purchased goods to the value of R26k of which one included a defy front loader washing machine. I have literally used the machine twice and they sent technicians three times to fix the problem. The third time machine was collected in august, still not returned. People call me all the time stating that they are looking into it but nothing ever gets sorted. The store manager called he is sorting two months later nothing. Three weeks ago I then a requested a full refund, the lady advised she will refer to higher management, to date nothing has been done and no one has called me back
