POOR SERVICE GAME PAVILION

I went to Game Pavilion to purchase a table tennis (R2400) and I paid R230 for Delivery. I was advised in store that the delivery would be the following day. I tried calling the sport department numerous times to no avail. I only managed to speak to the receptionist. I was then advised that my item would be delivered the following day. I am calling the entire day but the people who are supposed to assist me are not answering the phone yet again (I think I have phoned a total of 15 times - different times to no avail). IS THIS THE SERVICE I SHOULD EXPECT FROM GAME PAVILION? now I am trying to call to tell them to cancel my purchase so that I can buy it elsewhere (where they keep to their word) but I can't get through again to cancel. Really poor service....
