Poor Service Game online

I placed an online order on which they confirmed everything, payment and stock. Two days later the company sent me an email confirming that refund within 2 to 5 days will be done due to no stock, very poor after confirmation. Six days later I'm still waiting on refund and when you enquire about it, no one can give you postive feedback.
