Poor service Game Massmart Centurion

I wanted to get a new tv set for my elderly mom, she can't go into the shop to show her valid tv licence, she gave me all the info and detail regarding her licence, the sales persons at the Centurion mall Game, insisted that she has to be there in person, she can't walk that distant and I wanted to help her at least to get a new tv. I logged a complaint on the Game website, my phone rang once, I had to call back only to be put on hold for the correct department and then they hang up. Later I received a sms stating that they tried to reach me which is a total lie. I am not happy with the way they treat old people.
