Poor service game hazyview cellphone dipartment

We went to game hazyview on the 05/02/22 my friend wanted to buy a contract cell phone for her birthday she wanted 2 for 1 Huawei y60 they said they have it but they are offline we asked him to phone game acornhoek and check, acornhoek they were online but didn't have Huawei. They said we must come back the following day the system will be online. My friend complited the form and the guy promised to phone in the morning but he never called. I'm very much dissapointed with their service coz is not the first time doing this 2019 my friend wanted tablet contract for R99 they told her the system is not working she must go to Vodacom whenever someone want the 2 for 1 Co tract they will say they are offline but if u buy cash or account their system is always working. Very much dissapointed their service is very much poor they don't care about delivering a service. Coz my friend have been phoning since december to check the phones and they kept on saying their offline until we went there and got dissapointed.
