Poor service Game Gateway

Terrible service, so unproffesional and *********** staff. Firtly when makimg my purchase i was charged vat twice, which they said was a mistake and restifired after i showed them. Then they sent delivery not on the sheduled day, when they resent it, 2 items were not delivered. You can never get hold of the manager at the store ir anyone else to assist. The phone just rings untill it cuts off i will not reccomend this store. Its service is perthetic.
