Poor Service Game Baywest

Game Baywest branch had pathetic service. Waited nearly 2 hours for a consultant to bring my fridge and microwave to the front of the store to be collected. This store does not care about customer service at all. I even paid up the laybye 4 days in advanced to accomadate any delays. Never again
