**** poor service Game!

Absolutely ********** service from Game stores mall of Africa! Purchased a LG washing machine on the 30th of August from your sales representative Mafou Tsoene. I was advised that the washing machine would be delivered in the week this did not happen. Called the store end of the week to find out when the washing machine would be delivered they told me that only when it suites them probably never at this point. I’m absolutely disgusted by the service had I known I would never have set foot in your stores. I wouldn’t recommend buying at your stores to anyone. I spent a total of R9299 for a washing I desperately need my laundry is pilling up who will pay for my laundry to be taken to a laundromat?? If this machine is not delivered in the week I’m coming for a full refund and I want to be compensated for travelling and taking my laundry to be washed
