Poor service from tobeka at game shelley beach

Bought a chest freezer. Lost the guarantee slip. Called customer services at game. Was told i could just come in without any documents and get a slip reprinted. Went to customer services shelley beach and was serviced by tobeka. Absolutely rude with no smile on her smile. Refused to go the extra mile to assist me. Called the sales manager and wss assisted. Guarantee slip was reprinted without any hassle. We do not need people like tobeka. No smile and she felt like she as doing me a service. Pathetic behaviour in a retail service environment
