Poor service from sikhumbuzo festival mall game store

Festival mall game store I received a very poor service from sikhumbuzo on the 20th bought a TV jvc a guy couldn't explain that it doesn't support dstv now and on the 28th called in to enquire he then explained that it doesn't support it and unfortunately I can't return it because i had it for over 7 days, I went to game in Midrand the Boulders Shopping center got assisted by a very friendly consultant Luyanda booi who explained well every thing me to go to the customer care service I would like to thank him and his colleagues very friendly and helpful I returned the TV it got assessed and they took it back and gave me a voucher bought another TV I would say I'm happy with it. Called sikhumbuzo again told him I got assisted at Midrand he was still rude with an attitude and couldn't show remorse at all I received very bad service from him I don't see my self going there at festival mall game store ever
