POOR SERVICE FROM REPAIR DEPARTMENT

I purchased a laptop at game Vosloorus and unfortunately, I was not happy with the product, it was taken for repair. Game Vosloorus couldn't deal with their supplier. " i" as a customer had to contact their supplier on their behalf... what is that? secondly, one lady there fail to provide me with banking details for their supplier as I needed to make payments. the banking details were sent to her with the quotation... I am so disappointed!!!!

The Game Vosloorus branch is full of unskilled people in the repair department. The Training should be provided for those employees. Those people don't know their job or to deal with clients. They don't even know how to use a printer. i am soo dissapointed !!!!
