Poor service from game thanks to the manager Samuel

Poorest of services I received at Game galleria mall today. Went to buy Microsoft office so that my fiancé can do some of her work from home. We went in checked the price on the shelf it was R1000 took it went to pay it at the till only to be surprised by the lady at the till that the correct price is R1400. I advised the lady of the price on the shelf they went to check confirmed indeed R1000 was the price on the shelf.

The lady then called the manager for assistance and it took more than 30 minutes for the manager to come through. A guy by the name Samuel who was supposed to be a manager attended us with a very bad attitude before we could even say a word. He told us the prices that are there are not updated and that department shouldn’t be open. He said they are doing us a favor for even opening that department for customers, the best thing he can do for me is to give me my money back if we don’t pay the R1400. That when I saw that I was at the wrong shop because they don’t need us but they doing us a favor. I then went to incredible connections and they helped me with Microsoft Office and I helped them with my cash. A ****a owner would have given me a better service.
