Poor service from Game Stores
Ordered a 198l Chest Freezer online from Game, Bela Bela on 18 April 2024. Called personally on shop next day and was informed by section manager that item is being loaded by courier and that I must hurry home to receive same. Did so. Nothing arrived and on Monday 22 April phoned customer care to hear that item has not yet been collected by courier, Phoned shop thereafter who informed me that courier did collect collect item but passed my home and took item to Pietersburg/ Polokwane instead and possibly will only deliver same tomorrow or next day. Very poor service.

22 Apr 2024, 13:07My house is in Modimolle some 20km away from Bela Bela.The courier bypassed my town on the way to Polokwane which is some 150km on the other side of Modimolle. The arrangement apparently was that he would drop the item on his way to Polokwane but did not do so. Now the item has to be couriered back from Polokiwane to Modimolle causing 4 days delay and great inconvenience. I would like to know why.

Thanks a lot Hellopeter. After lodging the review Game responded very positive.
I received several telephone calls and e-mails from them. The item was eventually delivered on Tuesday 23 April 2024 at 11am. Pity I lost most of the frozen meat and other goodies of the old freezer due to the delay.
The old freezer was also bought from them but their receipt is faded and unreadable. I will call on them on Thursday to ascertain whether the old freezer is still under quarantee or not.
