Poor service from Game store

So yesterday i went shopping for a fridge. I saw what i am looking for but could not find the best price. Thus i leave town after i had visit makro, game and kloppers. At 21:00 i decide to go on the internet and see if i cannot find a beter price. So i saw Game have a online special valid till the 23/11/2021.so i want to add the fidge to my cart but they do not have stock at the store i select. I thought lets change the store as i do not mind driving to a other store 50km away from were i stay but the web pace of game do not allow me to do so. Ao i took a screenshot as the proof. Today i phone the customer care line and the lady with the name Mameselly told me the deal end yeateday she cannot do anything for me i ask for the managers and like always they in meetings. So i explain that this was not my fault Game webpage do not want to allow me to change my address so i want to know what they going to do for me to assist me. She just say sorry deal end nothing she can do. After a long fight, I ask for the manager again and she said again they in meetings which i do not believe. She took my number and said they will phone me back but i am still waiting. How do they do business if the manager cannot even phone me back. I will never support Game again if they cannot even phone me back due to there mistakes.
