Poor service from Game Store and empty promises

Game has poor customer service and doesn't work with integrity. I have brought a fridge on Black Friday... Guess what even today I'm setting on more than 50 days without it... I have received some emails threatened that I have received an order while I didn't receive it. Can I please get my order asap because I know my rights as a customer and a resident of this country.
