Poor service from Game store

I am not happy with the service that I am getting from Game . I bought a washing machine online and they delivered a tumble dryer , I admitted that maybe it was a mistake on my side and the item was returned to the store . They promised to refund me my money after 14 days and as I am writing this its more than a month. I would like to this matter to be attended to asap .Chante Cloete promised to handle this and it looks like she is failing , maybe her manager can handle it . Please refund my money asap .
