Poor service from game somerset mall

I only give a 1 star because a zero is not possible. I bought a TV from them and we opened it instore to be sure it is in a good condition. Broke the seal only to find that someone had placed a different TV in the box and sealed it again. Whilst there they also had a Samsung TV in store with a advertised price of R1299 it was supposed to be 12999. The were full of excuses for both situations and in the end I left without any TV. It was also a major struggle just to get my money back. This happened at game somerset mall
