Poor service from GAME Newcastle.

I really received atrocious service from GAME Newcastle. I purchased several expensive items from GAME In Newcastle on 9 November 2020. An Hisense Washing machine 18 litre; a Defy microwave oven ; a Sunbeam air cooler ; a Intex Swimming pool with motor and a TV display cabinet. Ski the appliance manager promised that it will all be delivered within 14 days. That never happened despite my weekly calls. Yesterday I went to the said store in person with my receipts. When I explained it to the manager and after spending the whole afternoon in the said store the manager promised that the items will be delivered by 11h00 today. Needless to say that did not happen.
