Poor service from game Mahikeng and their Tevo Bennett Read

I've bought a Bennett Read car pressure washer at game store Mahikeng on June 2020 and it has 24 month warranty. Three months after buying it was not pumping with pressure. I returned it to game and Tevo consultant tested and confirmed that the machine is not working. They sent it for repairs and it came back with nothing done on it as it was still not working. We found out because I asked Tevo consultant to test it based on the report written on the job card stating that the machine has no fault and it was serviced only to find out that it's a lie. I called Tevo personally as the machine was sent now for the second time and they where claiming that the machine is fine whereas it's not.

I now have lost trust with Tevo company though I'm not their customer as I'm game customer. I want my refund because the day I called I requested to speak to the manager and he relayed the message that he will call me same day and it's now 3 weeks going to 4th week without any call from the manager. If I buy from game I dont expect to be told by another company that I have to call and be **** to. I want my full refund from game please
