Poor service from Game Kenilworth centre

I purchased a bar fridge from Game Kenilworth centre on 27 February 2026, which was delivered on 2 March 2026.A few days after delivery, I noticed that the top freezer part was not functioning properly. On 4 March I attempted to contact the store several times via phone without success, I then had to send an email before I finally received a callback from the store. I requested an exchange and went to the store in person to select a different fridge and paid the price difference. However, days went by without any communication regarding delivery. When I contacted the store again, they simply took my details and promised to get back to me, but no one ever did. I then had to visit the store again, only to be told that the fridge I selected was out of stock and would only be available in about three weeks. I do not understand why I was allowed to select and pay for a product that was not available. They offered me the display unit, which I declined and requested for a refund. I was only refunded the price difference I had paid for the second fridge and told that the remaining amount would be refunded once the original bar fridge was collected and received at their warehouse. I was informed that the bar fridge would be collected on Monday, 16 March 2026. Unfortunately, I have received no communication or confirmation since then. I have sent another email and have yet to receive a response. At this point, I am still stuck with a fridge and waiting for the remainder of my refund. The lack of communication and assistance from the store has been really frustrating. This has been by far, the worst customer service I have received and I hope that Game can urgently resolve this matter and process the remainder of my refund. Order no ***
