POOR SERVICE FROM GAME LIBERTY MIDLANDS MALL

I have just came out yourlls store in Liberty Midlands Mall.

I have seen an air cooler which I wanted to purchase in yourlls store and the signage indicating the price was shown as R249 when I got to the till it scanned for R399 .

I went with the cashier her name is Nimiksha she has seen the price and has removed it to show her pay point controller who then showed a Manager named Lucas.

Who was very rude he demonstrate with a Milk bottle and when I confronted him about where the price was and where the item was his response was how many items was there I told him 5 units. He then said that the barcode was for another product and moved the price ticket under another product that also was the incorrect price ticket for the product .He then responded that a customer would have moved it. His manner in which he handle the situation was very unprofessional.
