Poor service from Game

We hereby want to report Game BayWest Port Elizabeth. We experienced sub stranded poor customer services We want to purchase a tumble Dreyer and made a call to Game on the first person answering the phone the telephone etiquette was poor, they transfere me to appliances spoke to a Deon, after exchanging my cell phone number to him and a promise from him that he will get back to me on a possible stock availability and purchase. I waited for a response for an hour half whereby I was forced to call back again experiencing bad telephone etiquette and left on hold I eventually put down the phone. This is a poor reflection of supposed to be professional customer service. How sad??
