POOR SERVICE FROM GAME

I have ordered a wrist watch from their online site on 1 April 2020. Delivery would have taken place after the Covid 19 lock down period. Other companies have already delivered orders but somehow I am still not getting my delivery. I have tried contacting them by e-mail with no success and the same with numerous calls to their direct customer support line where you are requested to hold on for a little bit longer and listen to their music. It is today 27 May 2020 and there is no wrist watch in sight and no reply to my mail and no phone calls to inform me what is happening. The order reference number is *** dd 1 April 2020.
