Poor service from Game

I've had a very bad and costly experience with GAME and having an account with this business.i was retrenched my account was put on a j block.when I started working I paid what I owe them still on my account I owed them a R5 and for many I didn't receive any statement.i day I received a call saying I owe them a R138 and I queried this and everytime I would receive calls on this matter just making the amount go up and no one ever resolved my issue.i still couldn't purchase on this account they making me pay to keep open but not able to use.eventually I pay them a R350 and sending my bank statement to prove I'm working,I was told that there is no affordablity and that I can't get credit. Once again I'm trying to call them to no avail I don't get hold of an agent.i try a few more times and each time I'm waiting on the call almost an hour just to not speak to anyone. Today I try at this minute and I speak to an agent she says I only have a R59 and I request to speak with a superior there is no superior available she said.i feel that even me trying to close this account is costing me to his account is cost me too much money and Time.
