poor service from GAME

GAME store in canal walk, Cape Town. Their service is beyond poor and unreliable. I recently returned my vacuum cleaner purchased at GAME some 5 months ago as it would no longer charge. Upon receipt of the repaired vacuum cleaner, it was full full of dust, whereas I cleaned it before handing it in. Furthermore, the horizontal brush is now missing, whereas I handed it in with the brush. After numerous telephone calls, I was promised to hear from GAME after the weekend. To date, zero response, and when trying to call GAME the telephone is simply not answered and cut off after a couple of seconds. What is total waste of time to try and deal with GAME.
