Poor service from GAME

My order was placed on the 26th of June for a 4000 rand phone. 3 weeks later after following up , game had no stock. Refund was apparently going to escalated but no, Today is 27 July I have no phone no refund yet in my account. Game customer service and online sucks. Game should take a few pointers From takealot.com in regards to good customer service and online deliveries. Other stop wasting our time and money for online service for which you can not deliver. I have a loan for which I have to pay interest for which I took out for a product that I never got from game. I have a 100 rand phone bill for following up with your useless customer care agents. And at this point a sorry from Game means nothing.
