POOR SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVCE AT GAME STORES

#BlackFriday GAME informed me that the water dispenser on my 3 month old fridge is not cover by the warranty. This was not disclosed during the purchase. And what's worse is that the MANAGERs from the customer service department do not have the courtesy to return or call me back. After all these years of support, I WILL NEVER buy anything form Game ever again due to staff incompetence.
