Poor service

I bought stuff online and my order was coming from Game Silver Lakes, order was packed and out for delivery. The driver Brian Msiza asked to send my location which I fail to understand why I've ordered before and got my delivery on time. I wasn't home but there was someone to receive my order. I called the store because I got the message that says there's was a problem with the delivery. The manager assured he was going to call Brian ask him to deliver this was on the 1st May 2023 to this no communication has been done by the store. I'm so disappointed. Drivers use GPS to direct them why are they hiring people who can't read the map?
