Poor Service

Poor service at zavenwatch mall game store I bought washing machine on the 7th June,supposed to be delivered on Monday 10th,I called them Tuesday the 11th June,only to found out the person n that was assisting captured wrong name and address, then they sorted that out,promising will get it Wednesday,nothing I had to call then Thursday Anthony Sithole said the delivery guy called me did not picked up the phone but no one called,he.promised that my.washing machine will be delivered Friday which is 11th June 2021,boom he called right at 18;00pm.before end of his shift that due to stock taking they will not be able to deliver my machine ,I can come to collect my money, Poor Service shame Game Store Zavenwatch Mall
