Poor service

Pathetic service from game online store, I bought a fridge online on the 6th May (delivery date marked 5-7 working days) but still haven't received it and no update. Tried calling their customer care but no one picks up, agents on their online service always say they'll get back to me but nothing. I finally queried on their Facebook page and after a day they say they don't have the fridge on stock they're trying to source it. I mean how can they advertise what's not on stock and be able to buy it. But when I when checked on their website it said they've stock in Gauteng, now when I queried about stock in Gauteng they don't respond.
