Poor service experience

Good day

I have handed my Epson printer to Game at Festival Mall to be serviced under the extended warranty in April 2023 up until today I have taken from pilla to post with Game putting a blame at Epson and Epson not even contacting me. Epson has my printer as per Game stores and I am not getting any help from Game to get this resolved and get my printer back. This is my second printer that I bought from Game which is supp**** by Epson and I will never buy this product as even the first one gave me issues and Game is just not coming to my aid up to now. I don't know where to go to get this resolved.
