Poor Service | Empy Promises

Purchased a split air conditioning unit from Game in Canal Walk. I was told that i would be contacted within a week to arrange installation. <br> After a week no response, so I took to twitter and was told that someone will get back to me.I was told to contact DUR HO instead. I then went in to store to find out what the delay was and was told by a manager that they will follow up and make sure the request is attended to. <br> Another week later no response so i called in an was put through to a manager who informed me that my address was not on the form and, even though my contact number was available, no attempt was made to let me know that there was an issue. According to the manager the person that sold me the unit said, that I had opted for self install. This is a complete lie as this would then void my warranty. I then furnished staff member with my address and waited for a response.<br> Yet another few days passes and no feedback, at this point I am irate and contact Game Canal Walk again, I then speak with Douglas who says that he will personally see that this is attended to.He then passes the buck to another *********** staff member who doesn't return calls.I am yet to receive feedback
