Poor service

Very poor service with online purchase. I bought an item frim the online store paid immediatly. I was given a delivery date and patiently waited. Delivery date cam and gine and still no item i was informed that it should ve the next day only to hear it would be the folloeing monday. We buy items because we need it not because we want ti wait for it
