Poor service

I went to Game Store in Galleria Mall on the 29th of January 2021 @ 14h10 and got attended at 14h15, buying Television, washing machine and a horspipe. The whole process took almost 2 hours it was like I'm buying these things on credit, their service is absolutely bad, they can't allocate one sales person to assist you in all the appliances a customer is purchasing to customers time. Worst the barcodes from till slip and the appliance does not correspond and the blank security guard waisted more time not knowing where to check the correspondence of the barcodes. I'm really not happy with the Game Stores service. They must sort out their service issue.
