Poor service

I have been ordering on the game online shopping with no problems. But the oast two weeks my orders were bring cancelled without me knowing and no explanations will be given. After both orders I received an sms confirming my order then later in the week when I go through my emails I discover that my orders were cancelled without me knowing. I hate shopping at game online and I will never buy from them again. Pity there's is no option for no stars because that's wat they deserve. Poor online service.
